4060 Manual Probe Station















The 4060 manual probe station is designed to provide a quality 6” (150mm) or 8” (200mm) station at a cost effective price. It shares many of the most important features of the high performance model 8060.  Ideally suited for general probing and laser cutter use, the 4060 has stage control knobs which easily transverse an entire wafer and still provide precision positioning.

This is the most stable, intuitive, and space efficient 300mm semi-automatic analytical probe station available today. Designed for low current, sub-micron positioning applications, the P300A comes standard with features such as single-point ground, dry/dark environment, and integrated thermal chuck plumbing. Built for reliability as well as precision, the P300A features closed-loop operation with massive stage and platen drives, a robust chuck mount and a harmonic theta drive.

Model 79 Probe Holder















This is one of Micromanipulator’s most popular probe holders. It is available in many varieties which address a wide range of applications. Designs include coaxial, triaxial, Kelvin, low-noise certified, high voltage and high/low temperature. Probe tip holder assembly designs include fixed angle 45°, on-axis 0°, set screw, and pin jack. The model 79 also comes in a wide variety of shapes and lengths to fit any probe station configuration. This is one of Micromanipulator’s most popular probe holders. A general purpose, economical manual manipulator available with either vacuum or magnetic base.  Recommended for probing 10 micron structures or larger. The model 110 is designed for use on the right side of the probe station and the model 210 is designed for use on the left side of the probe station.

The model 450/550 is recommended for probing structures 1 micron or greater. The model 2450/2550 is recommended for probing submicron structures or greater.  All are available with either a magnetic or vacuum base. The model 450 & 2450 are designed for use on the left side of the probe station and the model 550 & 2250 are designed for use on the right side of the probe station.

The model 525 is recommended for probing structures of 1 micron or greater. The model 2525 is recommended for probing submicron structures or greater.  These 4-axis manipulators can be used on any side of the probe station (right or left) and are available with either magnetic or vacuum base. The control knobs allow the user to precisely position the probe tip and adjust the attack angle.
