Probe Technology Europe Limited is a world leader in probe card manufacturing. Using a number of different build processes Probe Technology Europe have probe cards for all production wafer testing applications. In epoxy technology Probe Technology Europe have built cards with up to 1000 probes and manufactured cards for multi-die probing of up to 64die in parallel.

Probe Technology designs and manufactures high density probe cards and can supply probe cards for pad pitches as low as 50um for numerous markets including ASIC, Microprocessor, Memory and RF devices.

Probe Technology Europe shipped the first epoxy probe card in September 1994 from it’s 8000 sq foot facility in East Kilbride, Scotland and we now supply probe cards to the major semiconductor manufacturing facilities worldwide.
